Once you have upgraded to a team subscription you need to generate a licence code for each team member to enable members of your team to be registered users.
To do that, please follow these instructions:
1. Log into the Visual Liturgy Live website and click ‘subscription management’.
2. Click on the link to ‘View team licenses’ and then click on generate new team licence code.
3.You will now create a user profile for the new licence. Please note that you are now entering details for your new team member’s profile.
4.Enter your original VL Live licence code in the first line, followed by the details for your new team member. Each team member must have a unique login name and password. The password must be between 6 and 12 characters and contain lowercase, uppercase and numerical characters. When you are finished click “add new user”.
5.Once you have successfully created a licence for a new team member you can return to the Subscription Mangement page to view your licences and generate more if required.
When you come to register that team member using the registration form from within Visual Liturgy, please make sure that the details match the details on the profile created on the website to avoid complications. Once that person is registered they can then log into the website and make use of the discussion forums and update their information as required.
Please also note: The Serial Number is the licence code generated on the website for that particular user and begins VL50CW, this will be different for each Team Member.
The Team Serial Number is the SHARED number from the Visual Liturgy Live box.
