Most of you will be aware that if you use the Help menu in Visual Liturgy, and click on Visual Liturgy online, you will see the Visual Liturgy website. VL Live and VL4 each have their own websites and support forums. VL Live users, and those of you who are new to any version of Visual Liturgy, may not have explored the Visual Liturgy Live support forums yet, though, and we’d like to encourage you to do so. 1. Logging on to the Website is proving difficult. It won’t accept my Password, even though I have checked that I am using the correct password.

Help!
We are currently running a study/sermon series on Ephesians that will run through to Advent. How do I put the weekly readings into VL Live and will the software then give suggested collects, hymns etc. ?
Help buttons do still not appear to be working!
my help facility doesn’t work so I can’t upgrade or add down loads…
A big HELP please.
When using the help facility I am getting an error message . I click on an item in the help/index list which brings up an area of text often with links to other areas. When clicking on these links I am getting a box showing ” an error has occured in the script on this page ”
I can’t find if this has been reported by anyone else but it is causing considerable anguish!

The latest update improves the help, but there are still some broken links which give the error you mention. We are working on an improved help with new content.

You can put these readings in using the lectionary planner. By default you will get the collect of the day with your readings; it isn’t smart enough to seek out a better collect. For the hymns, there is a biblical index which may come up with some suggestions. Type the reference into the search browser with the filter set to Hymns and songs.

I still cannot register. I am told that there is no internet connection – which there is.
I have had a CD update sent, which I have installed with no success. I have now 3 days left to Register before the thing presumably self-destructs. Despite emails and phone calls no one has responded since the middle of June. This is turning in to the biggest waste of money so far. How do I get some help with this??????????

Spot today’s deliberate mistake!
When copying the First Reading for today (29 July 8th Sunday after Trinity)
into my Pew Sheet I noticed that the heading was correctly given as Hosea 1.2-10 but the text of the reading is verses 2-11. I therefore copied an extra verse for the congregation without checking it! Is the same mistake likely to happen again?

When will the Remembrance Day service be available in Times and Seasons?
I can’t access Saints on Earth wil VL Live. I have tried reloading CD but it keeps looking for VL4.
