If you are running Visual Liturgy Live, please use Help – Online Update to download and install the latest version. There are three updates available:
1. Software update. Fixes several minor problems which have been reported.
2. Help update. Help is still under construction, but this update improves on the build which shipped on the CD.
3. Content update. Times and Seasons material is easier to find and a couple of templates have been added.
Please watch for more updates in due course. By default, Visual Liturgy will check for updates on a weekly basis.
Tip: before installing the software update, close the VL Agent (right-click the VL icon at bottom right of your screen and choose Exit). This avoids the need to restart Windows after running setup.
I sent in my registration form by post as soon as I received my copy of Visual Liturgy Live as I was having difficulty registering online. However I notice that I am still coming up as non registered.
Could you let me know what I need to do further or what is the problem

When you say VL comes up unregistered, do you mean only in the loading screen? If so, this may mean that the Organization Name field is blank. Try completing that. If you mean that you still get a warning about x days to register, that’s different.

I have encountered two problems with Visual Liturgy Live.
1. I entered an incorrect pass word initially on registering and now find it impossible to get any password accepted. I have fax’d the registrtaion form to Church House.
2. None of the “help” buttons work
I could not send via internet my registration, so I have printed the sheet, but I note that my password has been automatically transferred also into the Tel: box space???? And why did I not receive an acknowledgement for registering as per the request, on completing the proforma for online registration??
Having used the upgrade pack to install VL Live, can I now safely remove VL4 from my machine?
Yes, the setup should do this but if not, you can remove it manually.

I have loaded the new update, but it has wiped out the Gill Sans MT and Gill Sans from my fonts. Everything now comes only in Gill Sans Bold or Gill Sans MT Bold.

Is the problem within Visual Liturgy, or only in other documents?
Usually problems with Gill Sans are caused by a conflict between the fonts VL installs, and existing fonts from elsewhere. Future upgrades will have an option not to install the VL version, which we are hoping will solve the problem.

When I sign in to Vis Lit it tell me there are updates but does not give me the ability to check and download them. Any idea why?

Can you describe this a bit more precisely? What happens when you try to check an update?
