We are pleased to announce the Visual Liturgy Live registration system and website is now LIVE.
Please fill out the form in Visual Liturgy Live and click ‘register now’. Please make sure your password is between 6 and 12 characters and incorporates at least one uppercase letter and one number to ensure that your password cannot be easily guessed.
You can then log into the Visual Liturgy Live website and access the new forums.
Yes have been able to register but it only as a single user what do we do for teams how do we upgrade to it. At the moment if you only click on the registration link in the registration dialogue box it takes you to service codes etc no help for us. You have to complete as a single user filling in the boxes then register, but now we need to change licence to cover the whole team.
To set up your team licence you need to go to the new Visual Liturgy Live website (www.visualliturgylive.net).
Log into the site using the username and password you used to regsiter your software and then you will find a link to an article on the forum which gives you instructions for setting up your teams.
Nice to see this up and running! Thanks.
When trying to register under ‘key’ I am instructed to only fill in if I have received number by post. I have not received anything by post. If I leave it blank and press register now it returns ‘error registering’ Can you please let me know how to proceed?
I’ve tried registering and I don’t have a number to put in at the bottom and so it just says error – what number am I supposed to put in there.
No when you type that web link it takes you to 123.reg and not vis live it then wants user name and password but that appears to be the domain user eg you and not us. Also can you confirm is the vis live site different from the vis lit.com site as I can’t get to a live.net that is any different.
I have tried to register online and only get registration error in field next to key:4673

The beastly thing just keeps telling me there is an error. i have typed in the serial number but i am not sure what to do about the ‘key’ – I did receive the VL L by post but have not noticed any key number. Is that why i cannot register my single user copy. (I have been a user since Hodder and Stoughton Worship Master).

Link to Visual Liturgy Live website
is broken/misdirected to domain name registration
Yes the site seems to be re-directing to 123.
I am currently trying to rectify this so please bear with me. I will let you know when it is back up and running.
Many thanks

I am trying to register but the ‘Key’ box keeps displaying ‘Error Regsitering’. Please how do I register my copy?
The site re-direction is unfortunately affecting anyone trying to register their copy of Visual Liturgy Live. I can confirm that the problem has been fixed but may take a few hours to be live again. This should be live at the end of the day today or tomorrow morning at the latest so can i ask anyone trying to regsiter to hold off until then.
Please accept my appologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Many thanks

Dear Imogen
Thanks for youe message re DOTNETFX – it worked but now I only seem to have the VL4 material, none of the updates. How do I download the modules? Also, I have been trying to get out of a page and keep getting the completely incomprehensible message about ‘object reference not set to an instance of an object’ I can’y log out. Endless teething problems!
Thanks foe your help.

Hi,
I have been trying to register and I keep getting password not secure error. No matter what I use as a password, sometimes 12 -20 characters uppper and lower case + numbers.
Please could you advise me what constitutes a safe password?
Many Thanks

The rules for choosing a password are as follows:
Passwords should be between 6 and 12 characters and incorporate at least one uppercase letter and one number to ensure that your password cannot be easily guessed.
You may be experiencing problems due to changes we made on the site yesterday which havn’t rolled live. I was hoping that this would have been resolved this morning.
I do appologise for the trouble this may have caused. Can i ask you to try to register again over the weekend or next week?
Many thanks

Along with others, I’ve been trying for the best part of this afternoon to install VL Live with things not working properly and having to keep digging around for advice. I now, too, have been trying unsucessfully to register and keep getting the annoying message ‘password not secure…’ even after trying numerous passwords. What’s going on? Surely this should all have been sorted by now. The material was supposed to be out last November and I’ve been waiting since then for this to arrive, only to be faced with problem after problem.
Regards,
Paul
Still can’t regisiter – still getting message “Unable to register over the internet. Try connecting first to the internet. Alternatively please try again later, or use the telephone service.”
Have sent email as directed above, and no reply.
I have had registartion issues since purchasing my upgrade copy of VL Live in early May. I have used the correct code from the CD but still get the error message that it is the wrong one. My days are counting down to when it will be unusable. I have left messages, emails and requests for help but you do not reply. This is NOT the way the CHP or VL should be doing business.
I am trying to register and I keep getting told that my password is unsecure. I am using a random mix of numbers and letters – uppercase. Help!
Still no reply from my queries on 4th & 5th June !!
Still cannot register. attempts to register end with the instruction “connect to the internet” even though I am connected. Also still not sure about the serial number was this the number on the CD envelope. What then is the number at the bottom of the registration form, where can this be found? In addition there is a bug when you print the registration doc, the password appears in the Tel: box. What is the current state of play?
